(similar to raspberry) It is wonderful in vinaigrettes on salad. We have smoothies for breakfast almost every morning. The difference in my recipe is I put in a raw egg and some honey, but use no bananas. I don't buy bananas any more. Do you ever make blackberry vinegar?
